Nikos Antonakakis  “Manager of Technology, Information and Development for Industry”, with the ultimate goal of optimizing processes and developing the industrial sector of Karatzis Group S.A., was Plant Manager at Larisas’s production starting from the production facilities in Heraklion.
Due to positive evaluation from the senior management, he was a Shift Supervisor for three years. The next move up the ladder has brought Nikos to manage the company only greek factory away from Crete.
In light of the recent development, his main goal is to modernize the production line and the quality control procedures in the company’s biggest factory.
He is possessed by hard work, his dedication to the Karatzis SA group and the integrity of his character.

Giorgos, has a cold storage maintenance technician diploma, specializing mechanical engineering, due to his special interest on mechanical industrial systems.
In the meantime, he continues his studies at Business Administration in Hellenic Open University.
