Nana Beach Hotel of Karatzis S.A. received one more significant award, the Golden Award 2012, by TUI UK & Ireland.
This award is based on the opinion of the guests that have stayed at the hotel and are requested to fill in confidential questionnaires that assess a wide range of services provided during their stay at Nana Beach, as well as their general impressions from their experience at the awarded resort of Hersonissos.
The award will be given before the start of the tourist season 2013, at the hotel’s facilities, by the organisation’s Area Manager.
On the occasion of the award announcement, Ms. Marita Karatzis stated: “This award is given by our guests and, on this basis, it constitutes a special honour for us, as it certifies in the most reliable way the high quality of the services we provide to Nana Beach guests. We promise that the Golden Award of TUI UK & Ireland for 2012 will become a motive for us to get even better.”
