Nana Beach Hotel announces its collaboration with two of the most esteemed Chefs in Greece, Lefteris Lazarou and Lefteris Soultatos

Nana Beach Hotel, a member of the Karatzis S.A Group of Companies, within the context of continuous upgrade of the services offered, proudly presents a collabo-ration with two of the most esteemed Chefs in Greece, Lefteris Lazarou and Left – eris Soultatos and their company “L&L Chef Consulting”.

With an eye towards the future, the Hotel is about to welcome the 2016 season highlighting its gastronomic identity so as to guarantee further guest satisfaction.

Lefteris Lazarou – the first of the Greek Chefs to receive a Michelin star- Lefteris Soultatos and their team of associates will be responsible for creating and super-vising the menus for all the Hotel restaurants, including not only Greek and Cretan cuisine but also carefully selected dishes from Italy, Asia and Mexico.

Creating the menus does not only limit to the a la carte restaurants of the hotel, but spans across the buffet choices, kid’s menu, special vegetarian menus and of course the rather famous fish recipes of Lefteris Lazarou; the key ingredient and the culinary trademark of this great Chef.

With more than 30 years of successful presence in the tourism sector, Nana Beach Hotel is constantly seeking new ways to add value to the customer service and the hospitality offered, with gastronomy being one of its major components.
